The information exists. It just stops at the cockpit door.

Flying unsettled our founder as a kid. Not the flying itself, but the uncertainty. Not knowing what was happening made every flight feel more stressful than it needed to be. That desire to understand what was really happening led him to flight school and eventually five years in the cockpit.

Along the way, friends and family kept asking the same questions: Why are we delayed? What caused that turbulence? What was that noise? Where’s my plane? The answers were usually simple. Pilots could see exactly what was happening. Passengers were left piecing together vague announcements and limited information. That's when he realized flying for passengers is stressful not because of what's happening, but because of the uncertainty.
